Lara Scouller

Lara Scouller is also a graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone in Dundee graduating in 2006. She is fascinated by all kinds of wildlife, from zoological specimens in museums to animals in the landscape ‘red in tooth and claw.’ Birds are a particular fascination and she has travelled across Scotland from Shetland southwards to study them in their natural habitat. Lara is a multi award winner, her finely detailed drawings and pastels, garnering prizes including in 2013 the award for the best work by a young artist at the Pastel Society of London’s annual exhibition and in 2015, The Seabird Drawing Bursary granted by the Society of Wildlife Artists.
